Australis Oil & Gas (Company) is an oil and gas company formed by the founder and executives of Aurora Oil & Gas Limited (Aurora), which was sold in June 2014 for an enterprise value of A$2.6 billion including assumed debt of approximately $800 million.
Australis is seeking to build upon the success of the development and management of Aurora by drawing on the knowledge and expertise of its team to identify, secure and develop a portfolio of proven, appraisal and exploration assets.
